Shipping & returns
Production & transit
Every item is printed when you order. Allow time for production plus transit. This is not next-day Prime, and there is no factory in the back room.
Damaged or misprinted goods
If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact the office with your order reference and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed.
Returns
Because goods are printed to order, worn garments and used items are not returnable except where required by law or a printer policy. Review size information before filing an order.
